Professional experience

Yaroslava has extensive experience representing clients in the cross-border and internal disputes, international commercial arbitration and Russian courts. She has represented clients in proceedings under LCIA and DIS rules as well as the rules of all major Russian arbitration institutions.

Yaroslava's relevant experience includes representing:

The majority shareholders in a wide-ranging corporate dispute between shareholders before the Cypriot, Swiss, Chinese, UAE and Russian courts and advising them on ongoing corporate matters within the group of companies;
A sovereign state in an LCIA arbitration in connection with an alleged breach by the issuer of the terms of sovereign Eurobonds;
A Russian largest fertilizer production plant in the arbitration dispute before the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC) arising out of an international supply contract for fertilizers governed by Swedish law.
A major German aircraft engine manufacturer in a dispute before a Russian commercial court concerning export sanctions and the application of exclusive jurisdiction of the Russian court;
A Turkish contractor in a dispute concerning the construction of a gas pipeline in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Region (Russia) against the state-owned corporation Rosneft and its subsidiary;
A company incorporated in England as a respondent in proceedings brought by a Russian mining company before a Russian commercial court;
A Turkish company in an international arbitration dispute under the ICAC Rules against a major Russian car manufacturer in a dispute arising out of a supply contract.
