We regularly represent clients in ‘bet-the-company’ arbitrations under the auspices of all major arbitration institutions, including ICC, LCIA, SIAC, HKIAC, SCC, DIAC, SCCA, QICCA and CRCICA, as well as in ad hoc UNCITRAL arbitrations. We represent clients in commercial disputes governed by English, Swiss, French, Russian, Belarusian, Qatari and DIFC law.
We have extensive experience as lead counsel in a wide variety of disputes in oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, mining, construction, telecommunications and shipping disputes. We also regularly act alongside large international law firms, dispute resolution boutiques and barristers where the case strategy calls for it.

One of the largest steel companies in Russia in a dispute with a long-term supplier;

A Russian telecom operator in a dispute against an American company over an assignment agreement and a guarantee of indemnity;
