Investment arbitration is a core part of Resolut's international dispute resolution practice. We act for investors, respondent states, and state-owned entities, and regularly advise third-party funders assessing whether to finance investment arbitration claims or defences.

We are one of the very few teams with hands-on experience in investment arbitration involving the CIS region, combining deep regional insight with the ability to deliver proceedings at the highest international standard expected in ICSID and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
