Professional experience

Anna specializes in comprehensive support of investment projects, including construction and infrastructure, as well as corporate matters and international arbitration.

Anna has advised sovereign states, state-owned companies and private businesses on complex matters, including providing support for multijurisdictional construction projects from conception to post-construction.

Anna has particular experience in the oil, gas, energy, agriculture and IT industries, as well as in corporate and capital markets matters.

Anna 's relevant experience includes representing:

The Republic of Belarus in investment arbitration initiated by UAB Pavilnių saulės slėnis 14 and UAB Modus grupe under the ICSID Arbitration Rules 2006 regarding the construction of a business center with a hotel and a multi-level parking facility at Minsk National Airport (ICSID Case No. ARB/21/2);
The Republic of Belarus in investment arbitration initiated by “Manolium-Processing” under the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in connection with the construction of real estate in central Minsk;
Redpath Deilmann GmBH entering the Belarusian construction market including comprehensive support for contractor’s construction activities under a mining project (customer’s investments worth over USD 2 bln);
Redpath Deilmann GmbH in developing a supply contract for equipment and reagents during the mining project in Thailand;
BelTruboProvodStroy, the biggest in Belarus and one of the biggest companies in CIS focusing on pipeline construction in its project worth EUR 200 mln in Serbia and Bulgaria, being a part of the “TurkStream” gas line project. Construction according to FIDIC - Silver Book 1999;
The general contractor during the construction of a ferrous metallurgy plant worth more than USD100 mln, including assistance with all certification and licensing requirements, negotiating with the employer of construction, drafting the contract and assisting in variations;
The construction of a heating network and thermal power plant in the city of Shchuchin (Belarus) by a Chinese contractor, including negotiation with authorities, counter parties, supporting a client in dispute avoidance. Construction according to FIDIC - Yellow Book 1999;
Bauer Technics a.s., a Czech general contractor, constructing a ‘turnkey’ pig complex for Borysov Meat Factory OJSC with an investment volume of EUR 35 mln euros; Construction according to FIDIC - Silver Book 1999;
Belarusian Cloud Technologies JLLC (BeCloud) in preparation of a multi-million contract for the supply and assembly of equipment with the US-based VERTIV company;
A founder of a fintech company in a corporate conflict and related negotiations;
Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development in financing the construction of a processing centre, Minsk, Belarus;
Investor from Lithuania in the construction of a 5.7 MW solar power plant by a Lithuanian investor with financial support from the EBRD, Myadel, Belarus;
OJSC Naftan with the employer's chemical plant construction project, drafting of a FIDIC contract (Yellow Book, 1999 edition), full assistance with the procurement procedure.
